CHAMPIONSHIP clubs are refusing to accept late changes to promotion-relegation regulations.
They assert it contravenes the RFU Council’s decision in June to restore promotion-relegation, and will instead result in the Premiership remaining ring-fenced this season, and for the foreseeable future.
