Steve Hill talks to Dan George, below, head coach at Old Albanians

Why did you get into coaching and how did you arrive at your current position?
I grew up watching my father coach the likes of Neath and then he became Scarlets academy manager. I played professionally at London Welsh, Gloucester and Worcester and this helped develop my curiosity for coaching. I was a player coach at London Scottish, coached at Chinnor and the Ealing academy and then in 2020 became head coach at Old Albanians.
