Steve Hill talks to Andy Davies, below, head coach at Lymm RFC

Why did you get into coaching rugby and what has been your journey to arrive at your current position?
My dad was an amazing coach so was brought up seeing how he coached teams. Throughout my professional playing career with Newcastle and Rotherham, I would do the occasional coaching session with a local team and would really enjoy it. Adam Fletcher (Lymm director of rugby) convinced me to take on a player/coach role, which eventually became just a coach role.
