Why did you get into coaching rugby and what has been your journey to arrive at your current position?
I had to retire from playing at 19 and coaching was a way to stay involved with my mates at Newcastle Uni. I did an RFL coaching badge and ended up on a placement at London Broncos with the community manager. Eventually I became assistant coach for London Broncos when they were in Super League.
