Lawson flies the flag for Gosforth

THE first phase of the boys RFU ACE League has just about drawn to a close, as the eight division one teams have been decided in the same week England U18s head coach Jonathan Pendlebury named his 63-player training squad.
Of the 63, 22 come from ACE League schools, although just one, Charlie Lawson, from Gosforth despite their sealing of a perfect phase one group stage on Wednesday.
