Why did you get into coaching and how did you arrive at your current position?
I started when my playing career ended. I was approached to take on the head coaching role at Penrith and I’m now in my 10th season.
What is your profession outside of coaching rugby?
I’m a process supervisor at Tata Steel lime plant.
