EXETER head coach Susie Appleby is unhappy that the Premiership Women’s Rugby season has started while her top players are on international duty playing in WXV competitions.
Exeter kicked off their campaign with an 8-7 win at Harlequins yesterday despite 16 players absent with different nations.
The campaign has been shortened to finish in March in allow international players to prepare for the Six Nations before next year’s World Cup in England.
