CANTERBURY director of rugby Taff Gwilliam is deter mined to grow the club so that they can earn promotion and become a mainstay in National One.
Canterbury reached the third tier in 2019 but struggled when they got there with immediate relegation.
They have continued to rebuild since and Gwilliam, who lifted the Bill Beaumont County Championship with Kent in the summer, aims for those heights again but this time in a more sustainable manner.
