Players' chief Christian Day predicts the new Professional Game Partnership agreement will help attract more foreign big guns to the Premiership.
For the first time compulsory rest periods after autumn internationals and the Six Nations will apply to all players and not just England Test stars.
That means the likes of Handre Pollard and Finn Russell will get a week off, in the three weeks after those tournaments, instead of being forced to play a string of games on the trot.
