Why did you get into coaching and how did you arrive at your current position?
I started coaching when in the academy at Saints at the age of 18. Working in schools and on holiday camps with some other academy boys was great fun. In 2023 I was approached to become head coach at Bournville in National 2 West by Phil Maynard who was my DoR at Coventry.
