IS England‘s inability to select the right coaches, ones committed to the challenge, due to the hierarchy and structure of England Rugby?
If it is, I do not expect any of the suits to admit it, especially when they have a sacrificial individual on hand to throw under a bus.
The churn of coaching staff at England Rugby during the professional era resembles the flow of Niagara Falls during the rainy season.
And each time it happens it exposes the total lack of a development pathway for future English coaches.
The England Rugby setup to the outside coaching community must look desperate, which it is.
Unless a caring, unselfish act is taken to address this longstanding issue, then there will be no progress, just more decay, with the hovering vultures picking at any remaining juicy bits.
