WALES star Tomos Williams says it was the perfect time to head for England and take up the challenge of a new league with Gloucester.
After more than a decade with Cardiff, the 58-cap scrum-half is embarking on a fresh adventure across the bridge at Gloucester.
“I had been at Cardiff 10, 11 years and I didn’t want to stay at one club for my whole career, so I think this is the perfect time really,” he said.
