THE arrogance of the Premiership in its dealings with other parts of the English club game knows no bounds. Nothing illustrates this more clearly than the arbitrary exclusion of Cambridge and Chinnor from the Premiership Cup this season, with promoted National One winners Chinnor, and their predecessors, Cambridge, told by the RFU/Premiership to like it or lump it.
