THOSE of us who have spent our entire careers writing against deadline know all there is to know about the tyranny of the ticking clock, so it is highly amusing to see the scrummaging community, time-wasters supreme, finally being given a proper hurry-up by referees in the Rugby Championship, operating with the full force of the law behind them.
