The National League One Titans edged out the Tykes to the National League Two North title last season.
They continued their supremacy over their opponents with a 40-7 victory.
On a busy second week of pre-season action for National League clubs, the third-tier sides came out on top when facing teams from the lower divisions.
There were nine matches on Friday and Saturday featuring a National One team and a side from either National Two East, West or North.
They all ended in a one-sided victory for the third tier.
Sale FC took National Two West new boys Macclesfield to the cleaners 75-5.
Elsewhere, Blackheath beat Two East's Barnes 40-19 and Plymouth Albion dominated Two West's Camborne 52-12.
Peter Winterbottom's newly promoted Esher triumphed 45-26 over their old National League Two East rivals Canterbury.
Bishop's Stortford beat Two East's Tonbridge Juddians 63-21 in what was a 12-try thriller.
Finally, Dorking lost 52-7 at home to Richmond who completed the clean sweep.
