Steve Hill puts the questions to Jordan Reynolds, below, the director of rugby at Guernsey Raiders

Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
I actually fell into the role, coaching wasn’t something I searched out by any means. I arrived in Guernsey (from Australia) in 2006 and immediately was asked to take on an assistant coaching role while playing for the club. The next season this transitioned into a head coach position and it just continued from there.
