Former Wales star Carter dies aged 59

FORMER Wales flanker Alun Carter died last week while out on a walk at the age of 59.
Carter made his Wales debut against England in 1991 and won the second of his two caps against Scotland that year.
After a playing career that took in spells at Pontypool and Newport, Carter became a distinguished sport analyst and spent 12 years as part of the Welsh management, including the 1999 home World Cup and the 2005 Grand Slam success.
