HARLEQUINS have swooped to sign another of Great Britain’s sevens players in Welsh international Kayleigh Powell.
She joins fellow Olympians Grace Crompton, Ellie Kildunne, Heather Cowell and Lauren Torley at The Stoop.
The 25-year-old versatile back has won 16 caps for her country since her debut in 2019 and was given a dual code full-time contract in 2023.
Powell has spent the past four seasons with Quins’ Premiership rivals Bristol Bears.
She represented Wales at the 2022 Rugby World Cup in New Zealand, and most recently throughout the 2024 Six Nations.
