Newly promoted Rotherham Titans, under the guidance of new director of rugby and former Jersey Reds DoR Harvey Biljon, are at home to title chasing Rosslyn Park. Esher return to National One once more and are away at last season's ninth place finishers Sedgley Park.

National Two West winners Dings Crusaders face a tough task away at Birmingham Moseley, who finished fifth last season. Bishop's Stortford and Leicester Lions escaped relegation by the skin of their teeth and meet again hoping for less stressful seasons, while a London derby sees Blackheath host Richmond and Sale FC make the long trip down to Plymouth Albion.
