FRANCE full-back Melvyn Jaminet has been suspended for 34 weeks and fined 30,000 euros (£25,335) by the French Rugby Federation (FFR) after he posted a racist video on social media during the tour of Argentina earlier this month.
In a statement, the FFR said Jaminet had “harmed the best interests of rugby”.
The 25-year-old Toulouse full-back can reduce his ban by eight weeks by taking part in anti-discrimination activities to “promote the values of sport”.
