Pontypool swoop to recruit Allen

THERE has been plenty of movement in the transfer market in Welsh rugby as the new Top 10 elite clubs build their squads for the launch of the Super Rygbi Cymru league that kicks off in September.
The biggest name to move on is Morgan Allen, who has finally left Cardiff and joined Pontypool. The former Ospreys and Scarlets back row man was captain at the Arms Park club when they won the cup and league titles in recent seasons.
