Why did you get into coaching rugby and how did you arrive at your current position?
I signed for Darlington Mowden Park for the first season in National 1 in 2014/15 as a player but was quickly approached to help coach with current coaches Danny Brown and John Newton. I progressed to head coach and then director of rugby when Danny stepped down.
