Glasgow out-half Tom Jordan said that having been in South Africa last month for two games is going to be a huge help in preparing for Saturday’s final at Loftus Versfeld.

Warriors went down 40-34 to the Bulls in that trip and Jordan believes that experience will be invaluable.

“We learned a lesson a couple of weeks ago over there,” he said. “I can’t wait to get over there and start preparing. We have a great group, we are fighting for each other all the time and we now have one match to go.

“It was unreal atmosphere and having lost to them in the quarter-finals last year, to come over here and win is special. It’s unreal.”

Munster head coach Graham Rowntree said: “This is going to sting and it’s going to sting for a long time. We didn’t take our chances in the first half when we had all that possession and territory and they took their chances. We weren’t accurate enough. But that’s sport, it’s cruel.”
