Loughborough stay cool to take first university title

LOUGHBOROUGH were crowned inaugural champions of Rosslyn Park University Sevens after beating Nottingham 17-5 in the cup final on Friday night.
Following a busy day of action in the capital, Nottingham progressed through Pool A as group winners beating Exeter (24-12), Hartpury (14-12) and Bath (21-15) before winning their semi-final against Cardiff 33-14.
