Bath lock Josh McNally is to leave the club at the end of the 2023-24 season after five years at The Recreation Ground.
The 33-year-old has played 84 times for the club since signing from London Irish in 2019, but has been limited to eight appearances this season.
Exeter winger Rory O’Loughlin has been forced to retire because of injury. The Irishman, 30, suffered a serious shoulder injury at the start of the season. He won one cap for Ireland in 2017.
