Inspired by his old Uni mate Will Rigg, Dafydd-Rhys Tiueti is hoping that joining Coventry this summer will do wonders for his career.
Tiueti and Rigg played together and were on the same business management course at Cardiff Met but while Rigg left once he graduated to pursue a pro rugby career, Tiueti stayed on to do his Masters.
Rigg earned an eye-catching move to Exeter in January after scoring 14 tries in 31 appearances in an 18-month spell at the Butts Park Arena, while Tiueti ’s first taste of senior semi-pro rugby came at Nottingham last season.
