Bath have turned themselves from also-rans to title contenders in less than two years under Johann van Graan and to Josh Bayliss the transformation comes down to belief.
“Sometimes when a new coach comes in, they make big changes but that did not happen with Johann,” said the 27-year old Scotland back rower who last month signed a new three-year contract with Bath.
