Dean James, Aled Rees, Tom Clarke, captain Tom Powell and Roy Osborn were on the scoresheet for Narberth, who were also awarded two penalty tries. Jon Rogers kicked four conversions.
Jed Anthony scored for Ammanford. Ryan Williams converted and kicked a penalty.
Their latest maximum keeps the Otters 12 points clear of Brecon who were the big winners of the day as they racked up double figures for tries in a 73-0 thrashing of Maesteg Quins.
