CARDIFF have signed Wales fly-half Callum Sheedy from Bristol when his deal runs out at the end of the season to allow him to extend his international career. Sheedy, below, was told that he couldn’t play for Wales next season if he didn’t return from the Premiership.
He has been capped 16 times by his country, leaving him nine short of the 25 that are now required to make him eligible for international selection, and after being left out of the Six Nations squad, there was no way of adding to them.
