Munster coach Graham Rowntree was left wondering how his side had thrown away victory against 14 men after they were beaten by Northampton Saints on Saturday.
“It was a game we should have won but it wasn’t just going to happen,” he said. “We have got to look at our decision-making there in that second-half.
“We took our foot off them, gave some daft penalties away and suddenly they are right back in the game.
“We have to be better than that. Some of the stuff we did in the second-half, we just have to be better than that.”
