White: We targeted the scrum

THE Bulls decided to target Bristol’s scrum when they knew both Ellis Genge and Kyle Sinckler would not be playing. Genge has not played for five weeks because of a hamstring pull while Sinckler was ruled out by a hip problem, although he is expected to be fit this weekend.
“We knew we could get some joy at the scrum because Bristol had their second-choice props,” said Jake White, the Bulls head coach, who left his four World Cup winners at home as part of a national fiveweek rest policy.
