SCOTLAND scrum-half Ben White is close to re-signing at Toulon for next season, which will end the hopes of Premiership high-flyers Bath and the Scottish Rugby Union of luring him back to the UK. White, 25, was left without a club when London Irish went out of business at the end of last season and moved to Toulon after the World Cup, and they have been keen to sign him up for a longer-term contract.
