Agree new PGP deal quickly, urge DoRs

Premiership clubs expect the details of the new Professional Game Partnership (PGP) with the RFU to be agreed early in the new year, allowing them to plan for next season.
Negotiations over the agreement, which will see the introduction of hybrid contracts for up to 25 England squad players, a limit on squad numbers in the top flight, a pathway for academy players and a revamped Championship, are in their final stages.
