Litterick learned prop trade through Jones

AS a young tighthead learning the ropes, new Cardiff Rugby prop Rhys Litterick could hardly have had a better mentor.
For the past couple of seasons, during his time at Harlequins, he was coached by Wales and Lions legend Adam Jones.
Now, as he begins a new career chapter at the Arms Park, the 23-year-old is quick to acknowledge how much he benefited from working with the 95- cap Jones.
