Moody Jnr wins first cap… in soccer

DYLAN Moody has followed in the footsteps of his famous father, former Leicester, England and Lions flanker Lewis, in winning his first international cap.
But unlike Lewis, it’s not in rugby that he is trying to make his name. Instead, it’s as a goalkeeper with the Southampton academy, and he has been capped by England U16 at the Val-de-Marne Tournament.
Moody, who plays for the Southampton U18 side, is the second son of a 2003 World Cup winner to look to make a career in football with Neil Back’s son Fin on loan at Carlisl...
