LUCTONIANS didn’t disappoint their home support with a comfortable seven-try triumph over struggling Newport.
Lucs were on the scoreboard within min when Archie Benson broke through from halfway to score under the posts, with Louis Silver converting.
The home side were further in front when their forwards drove captain Joe White over, and when prolific try scoring hooker Ben Link went over for his 10th try of the season after 11 minutes, it looked like the home side might run in a cricket score.
