Taulupe Faletau has been ruled out of the rest of the World Cup after breaking his arm in the 43-19 win over Georgia which left Wales top of Pool C.
Head coach Warren Gatland also faces problems at fly-half for the quarter-final on Saturday after Gareth Anscombe was ruled out of yesterday’s match with a groin injury.
Gatland said: “Toby has broken his arm, so he’ll be out. We are going to assess Gareth over the next 72 hours. He has pulled his groin very high up. He’s got a bit of power and stood on his leg which is a positive, it means it’s not come off the bone.
