REDRUTH fly-half Jordan Gott scored 23 points which proved to be the difference between two well-matched sides.
Early pressure from the Reds saw Gott open the scoring with a lovely jinking run to the line.
Bournville came right back at the home side with a catch-anddrive finished off by Jonjo Fanning, Jacob Fewtrell adding the first of three conversions.
Good play by Owen Williams set up a try for Nathan Decalmer to give Bournville the lead.
