AT least England made it to Marseille, Argentina were supposed to do their team announcement in a local museum, on Thursday afternoon, as per tournament regulations. They could not make it until the museum had another booking so abandoned it and stayed in the plush Brittany resort of Le Baule. World Rugby said it was not their fault they had travel problems so the Pumas escaped sanction.
