Fly-half general: Luke Cozens

FLY-HALF Luke Cozens has stepped up to head coach of Clifton but has endured a difficult start, saying it’s harder than ever to recruit players.
Cozens was a player-backs coach last season but after Mike Barber’s dismissal, he’s stepped up to the coaching staff under Matt Salter as director of rugby and says they’ve had a difficult pre-season in terms of player availability.
He said: “It’s the hardest it’s ever been to recruit players. I fear for a lot of cancellations this year...
