FORMER Wasps wing Paolo Odogwu has been named in Italy’s World Cup squad.
Odogwu, 26, was named in England’s 28-man squad for the 2021 Six Nations but failed to make an appearance. He made his Italy debut against Ireland on August 5.
Star full-back Ange Capuozzo is also included after returning from injurylast Saturday for the first time since February, featuring in a 57-7 win over Romania.
Flanker Michele Lamaro will captain a squad containing four scrumhalves including Alessandro Garbisi, brother of starting fly-half Paolo.
