ROSSLYN Park capped a successful preseason with a big win at The Rock on Thursday.
Park ran in eight tries in total, but it was Wimbledon who opened the scoring with a well-worked try following a tapand-go penalty on halfway that saw them spread the ball from one touchline to the other to find space for Paul Hendry to score. Park ran in two of their own in a tightly contested half as Matt Gordon and Joe Luca Smith powered over on two hard-line carries.
A much more open second period saw Park score five unanswered tries. nor on Saturday.
