Proudfoot gets the call from Namibia to join up

FORMER England assistant coach Matt Proudfoot, left, is going to the World Cup after all now that he has been confirmed as forwards coach for the Namibia team travelling to France. Proudfoot, 51, returned to South Africa in January after Steve Borthwick took over as England coach from Eddie Jones to work on the coaching staff at Stellenbosch University.
The former Stormers and Western Province coach is linking up with his long-time friend Allister Coetzee who will be in charge of Namibia in France when the tournament starts next month.
