DAI Young has left his role as Cardiff director of rugby despite an investigation into bullying allegations finding “insufficient evidence”. Young denied the accusations but was suspended on April 20. A barrister concluded there was insufficient evidence to support any allegations. Young and Cardiff agreed to his departure after relationships became “strained”.
