World Rugby stands accused of ‘ruining the international game’ by allowing Wales to pick England prop Henry Thomas.
The rule permitting players to switch allegiance three or more years after their last Test appearance, as used by Jack Dempsey in his transfer from Australia to Scotland, is being attacked by Paul Thorburn, still the only player to put Wales on the podium at a World Cup.
