Rob Baxter says the rash of red cards since the last World Cup is destroying the game.
Exeter’s director of rugby has called for an end to red cards leading to a team going a player down, saying he had become frustrated by the number of big games becoming disfigured by a dismissal.
“Every sanction we come up with in rugby is about removing players from the field,” said Baxter. “We seem to be absolutely flat-out prepared to destroy every game.
