One of England’s all time greats has delivered a withering verdict on Wales as they struggle to stop their Six Nations rot.
Fran Cotton, the only Lion to win a Test series in South Africa as player and manager, told The Rugby Paper: “The inside backs who played against England last week were the worst I have ever seen in a Welsh jersey.
