Build-up to Varsity is like a Test match week, says Flood

ORGANISERS of the Varsity Match have decided to continue with the experiment of playing the historic fixture between Oxford University and Cambridge University on a Spring weekend.
The 2023 men’s and women’s doubleheader will take place on 25 March, 2023, with a noon kick-off at Twickenham.
Up until 2022, the Varsity Match had been traditionally played in a midweek slot in December, but this year’s 150th edition of the men’s and the 35th edition of the women’s match took place on the first weekend in April, with the fixture returning to English Rugb...
