CLIFTON took the league points and lifted the John Budd Memorial Cup after a comfortable victory over West Country rivals Barnstaple.
John Budd was a stalwart and character in both camps during his career, and it was Clifton who claimed the trophy named in his honour on this occasion.
From the kick off some confusion in the Clifton ranks gave Tyler Gordon-Oke the opportunity to give Barnstaple an early lead.
