Essex Uni investigate head injury effects in grassroots

RESEARCHERS at the University of Essex have launched an investigation into the effects of concussion in grassroots rugby with Colchester Rugby Club, who play in Regional 1 South East.
Dr Ben Jones, a former scrum-half with Northampton, Worcester and England 7s is leading the study, exploring the impact of collisions, head injuries and recovery time across the season.
